Losing a hearing aid can be extremely distressing, especially if one relies  on them every day – talking on the phone, watching TV, listening to music, chatting with friends and loved ones. It’s important that every customer has their own dedicated claims handler who understands their situation, and we are able to rectify their loss or damage very quickly, with the correct product.

Support for vulnerable customers is embedded completely within the enhanced claims service we provide.

We have dedicated phone lines manned by fully trained specialist claims handlers, same day validation appointments and doorstop collection options. This is all provided as standard.
